Refund Policy
At Arrow Cricket, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Goods

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. However, customers may return unused goods in their original condition for a store credit equal to the full purchase price, excluding shipping, within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, the goods must:

Be unused and in original condition and packaging;

Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase;

Include a written reason for the return.

Store credit will only be issued once goods have been inspected and deemed to meet return conditions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser, and Arrow Cricket does not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
2. Faulty or Defective Goods

Our goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including that they are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description provided.

In addition, we warrant that our goods will be free from defects for 60 days from the date of purchase.

If goods are found to be faulty or defective within this warranty period, the Purchaser may request a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

The Seller will assess whether the goods are faulty upon their return. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued and reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

If the goods are not found to be faulty, the Purchaser will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items on Arrival

If you receive the wrong item or an item damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be at our expense.

Please provide photographs and relevant details to assist in assessing the issue.
4. Refund Method

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will generally be processed within 7 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
5. Force Majeure

Where a refund arises from an inability to supply goods due to circumstances beyond our control (as defined in clause 24 of our Terms and Conditions), the Purchaser will be entitled to a full refund.
6. Exclusions

Refunds or store credits will not be issued for:

Goods returned after 30 days without prior written agreement;

Goods damaged through misuse, modification, or neglect;

Any custom-made or personalised items, unless found to be defective.
